Yes, tickets can be purchased at the entrance.

There are no time slots, your ticket is valid from 9:30am - 6pm for the date booked.

Tickets are nonrefundable. If you need to change the date of your ticket please get in touch at info@jacktherippermuseum.com.

The museum has a lift available to all floors.
